We are now recruiting for a brilliant consumer PR Account Manager, experienced in B2B PR and Marketing and preferably with experience in food, drink and hospitality, to work across a growing number of these client accounts. Many of our clients are London based and there is an opportunity to work from either London, Milton Keynes or both.

Taking a proactive approach, the Account Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of strategic and measurable campaigns, whilst overseeing the development of client communications.

Whether you are liaising with senior client personnel, managing campaign activity, spotting opportunities, securing national or trade coverage, discussing content and sharing ideas with clients, designing and implementing impactful events or engaging key stakeholders – it will be your ability to manage multiple projects that ensures outstanding results for our clients.

Role
To develop and implement B2B content and comms strategy for our clients to exceed their expectations
To create awesome creative content and ideas for these clients
To manage client service and agency performance
To continuously exceed our client’s expectations
To achieve outstanding feedback for high levels of customer service
To build strong relationships with our clients to ensure they want to work with us and recommend us

Ideal experience
At least 2 years relevant B2B experience and a clear understanding of B2B account management
Strong knowledge of business-to-business (B2B) PR and communication techniques
Experience in building relationships with the media, speaking to journalists and other members of the media
Proven track record of optimizing digital marketing campaigns for a range of different clients
Excellent writing skills with an ability to create high impact content and know where that content will have the most influence
Strong digital and analytical skills, with a keen interest in digital campaigns and lead generation strategy and a good understanding of SEO/PPC/Social Advertising
An understanding of wider marketing, basic budgeting, and campaign planning
A natural curiosity and willingness to learn
Strong ability to multitask and work on multiple projects with a high level of accuracy, whilst meeting all KPI’s within deadlines
Creative thinker, problem solver and project management skills
Ideally experience of the hospitality industry or at least a love of food and drink
Educated to degree level or equivalent
A PR, marketing or business qualification or relevant experience
Preferably some experience with food and drink clients

Salary £30,000 – £38,000 (dependent on experience)
