Who we are

Established over 18 years ago, elliotts works with operators and suppliers from the world of restaurants, pubs and bars, contract caterers, quick-service restaurants, casual-dining restaurants, leisure and theme parks.

We develop food and drink strategies which make our clients’ businesses more appealing to consumers and we develop content and communication plans that encourage customers to visit not just once, but multiple times over.

We then leverage this expertise to help supplier brands form stronger relationships with operators, with a view to helping their portfolio grow in a mutually beneficially way.

No matter where your brand sits within the industry, we thrive on making our clients more successful, – and frankly, nothing matters more to us than that.

Food and drink has been a central part of Ann’s career, having held Director level Marketing and Operational roles with Pizza Hut, Beefeater and Whitbread. Using her wealth of experience across the leisure, hospitality and tourism industry, Ann founded Elliotts in 2001. Elected onto People’s 1st’s Top 100 Women in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, alongside such figures as Prue Leith CBE and Nigella Lawson, Ann has been an Oxford Brookes mentor for nine years, a Catey’s judge for eight years, a member of the Arena committee for 10 years, and speaks and contributes to industry events including regular thought leadership pieces for Propel. In October 2018 organised in partnership with UKHospitality, BT Sport and Odgers Berndston, Ann launched a new industry initiative, The Leadership Mentoring Programme, bringing together the best industry leaders who will mentor women working in the Leisure and Hospitality sector to help them move into senior leadership positions.

Named Restaurant Marketer and Innovator’s Future Marketing Leader of The Year, Anthony joined Elliotts agency as Managing Director in September 2018, bringing with him a wealth of experience working client-side for some of the UK’s leading hospitality groups and most recently as Group Sales and Marketing Director for Maxwell’s Restaurants Group. During this time, Anthony championed innovative in-venue and digital approaches to customer experience and PR and was responsible for campaigns including generating global coverage of over 6 billion coverage views for Maxwell’s response to the Pokemon Go phenomenon in 2016, being the first in the UK to introduce 2017's biggest food trend Freakshakes to restaurant menus and creating and launching the award winning Tropicana Beach Club, an immersive late night restaurant and bar.
